anyhow - The reason is not "repect" rather market. By Market i mean users, and handing over cruicial data such as search database, will result in some users switching search engine and will fail to attract more users.

Google already helps the authorities with the "Child Abuse" - Handing over complete database is nothing more than targetting Muslims.
