I hope too you've been to the doctor by now.
I have had similiar pains, not too extreme. My pain didn't last too long, just a couple of seconds. I went to the doctor they couldn't find anything, they were assuming this may be 'cause of stress. Alhamdulillah haven't had it in a couple of months, so maybe it's over by itself, maybe it was stress.
I'm going to the doctor soon again inshaAllah, and ask about this one more time.
