Answer for Q4 : Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta'Ala)

O mankind! Worship your Lord Who created you and created those who came before you; by doing this you may expect to guard yourself against evil. (2:21)

Al Quran, Surah 7 (Al A’raf), Verse 54:
Surely your Lord is Allah Who created the heavens and the earth in six days and is firmly established on the throne of authority. He makes the night cover the day and the day follow the night automatically. He created the sun, the moon and the stars, and made them subservient to His will. Assalamu'alaikum wr wb brother, jazakAllahu khayran fpr the effort, just a little note - the verse says illa liya'budoon.
The term 'ibaadah which comes from 'abd (slave/servant/total devotee is not limited to prayer but complete service in every aspect possible.
