Bismillaah:
Asmaa bint Umays رضي الله عنها said:
The Messenger of Allaah صلي الله عليه وسلم said to me,
" Shall I teach you some words that you should say at the time of كرب Karb [ heartache, distress ] or in Karb ? Say:
أَللَّهُ أَللَّهُ رَبِّي لَا أُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا
“Allaahu Allaahu Rabbi Laa Ushriku Bihi Shai’a”
Allaah, Allaah My Lord! I do not associate anything as a partner/co-equal with Him!
Takhreej:
{ Imam Abu Dawud in his Sunnan and its chain graded as Hasan by Shaykh Al Albaani, Abu Taahir and Subay Hamza Haakimi. Al Mundhiri said, An-Nasaa’i reports it in Mursal form and in Musnad form.}
