How is Hajj performed? What are the sunnah of Prophet peace be upon him to be adopted, and what mistakes and biddah that are common must be avoided?

Haij is long process and different from umrah. Umrah can be done within 3 hours or so but Hajj is more than that. I belive it is a longer process
