If we axiomatize that all authority and all legitimacy emanate from the laws of the Supreme Being, Our Beloved Master, the Most Merciful Allah, then in that case, all trade and commerce rules that cannot be derived from the provisions in the Quran or their interpretation in the Sunnah are null and void. I personally specialize in extracting and exacting money as profits by circumventing and ignoring unquranic trade restrictions.
Good examples of other people specializing in this topic, are Uber, AirBnB, and LocalBitcoins. There are many more, of course.
For example, there is a natural invariant that says that the state treasury must never announce both the exchange rate that they will be defending and how large their reserves are for doing so. When in 1997, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia ignored this natural invariant, George Soros frontally attacked them, bankrupted them, and confiscated all their money. He extracted and exacted dozens of billions of dollars out of the idiots. You could see him doing it, and just follow him, and make a lot of money for yourself too. What is funny, is that the had done that in 1991 with the Britisch state treasury already.
We can call such natural invariant, a hammer of Allah. Just use it, to knock out institutions that have more money than brains, since a fool and his money are easily parted.
