Hello,
I have a question

Suppose in a marriage, Haq Mehr has been decided by parents and the bride and groom both are unaware of it. They just overlooked the Nikah nama, what is the status of the nikkah ?
Is it valid ?

normally Kazi / Imam saheb mention the mahr in front of both bride and groom . So , there is no chance that both of them were unaware of it .
 
Thanks for that, but some time it is missed or not mentioned . Its not necessary to mention it at that time. Please correct me if I am wrong
