Have I done kufr?

Today I watched a lecture of Mufti Menk how life will be in Jannah, and he mentioned that God has limits and then I started to think of something else, then when he explained this limists which are His Legislations, then I understood.

But I truly believe that God is unlimited and He does what He wills, it just happened that misunderstood it.

So, was that kufr?
 
I do not understand your question well. However Allah does as He wills.

If you have sinned ( I am not saying you have, I just don't understand what you mean)

Repent, if you did not mean to sin then it is ok just ask for forgiveness. As long as you are sincere, Allah will forgive you.
 
No, that was wasswassa (whisperings of shaitan). The Shaitan will always try to put doubts into your mind about all kinds of things along with other evil suggestions. Just try to ignore them and seek refuge in Allah. You did not sin, since it was only a thought in your mind.


Abu Hurayrah RA narrated that the Prophet PBUH said: “Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, will forgive my ummah for whatever crosses their minds so long as they do not act upon it or speak of it.
