95, Muhammad said, "Abu Hanifa informed us from Hammad from Ibrahim that Alqamah ibn Qays and al-Aswad ibn Yazid said, 'We were with ibn Mas'ud when suddenly it became time for the prayer. So he stood to pray and we stood behind him, but he made one of us stand on his right and the other on his left and then he stood between us. When he finished he said, "Do it like this when you are three." When he bowed he placed his hands together, palm to palm, and he prayed without the call to prayer or the iqamah saying, "The iqamah of the people around us suffices us.
 
87. Muhammad said, "Abu Hanifa informed us from Hammad that Sa'id ibn Jubayr said, 'Recite behind the Imam in Zuhr and Asr, and do not recite behind him in anything else.'
 
86. Muhammad said, "Abu Hanifa informed us saying , 'Abul Hasan Musa ibn Abi Aisha narrated to us from Abdullah ibn Shaddad ibn al-Had that Jabir ibn Abdullah al-Ansari said, "The Messenger of Allah (salallahu 'alahyi wa sallam) prayed with a man behind him reciting, so a man from the Companions of the Prophet (salallahu 'alahyi wa sallam) began to forbid him to recite during the prayer. So he said, 'Do you forbid me to recite behind the Prophet (salallahu 'alahyi wa sallam)?' And they quarrelled until that was mentioned to the Prophet (salallahu 'alahyi wa sallam). The Prophet (salallahu 'alahyi wa sallam) said, 'Whoever prays behind an Imam, the Imam's recitation is his recitation.'
 
82. Muhammad said, "Abu Hanifa informed us from Hammad that Ibrahim said, 'Ibn Masud said concerning a man who recited "In the name of Allah, the All - Merciful, the Most Merciful" aloud [in the prayer], that it is the practice of hte desert Arabs and that he did not use to recite it aloud nor did any of his companions.'

Muhammad said, "Abu Hanifa informed us saying, "Bilal narrated to us from Wahb ibn Kaysan that Jabir ibn Abdullah al-Ansari said, "The Messenger of Allah (salallahu 'alahyi wa sallam) used to teach us the tashahhud and the saying of takbir* in the prayer just as he would teach us a surah of the Quran."

Muhammad said, "Abu Hanifa informed us from Hammad that Ibrahim said, 'Someone who prayed (Alqamah ibn Qays) beside Abdullah ibn Mas'ud informed me that he had been eager to hear his voice but could only hear him saying, "My Lord increase me in knowledge," which he repeated over and over again and so the man thought he was reciting Ta Ha.'"
 
75. Muhammad said, "Abu Hanifa informed us saying, 'Uthman ibn Abdullah ibn Mawhab narrated to us htat he prayed behind Abu Hurayrah who used to say takbir every time he prostrated and every time he lifted him self up.'"
 
72. Muhammad said, "Abu Hanifa informed us from Hammad from Ibrahim that some of the people of Basra came to Umar ibn al-Khattab only for the purpose of asking him about the beginning of the prayer. He said, 'So Umar ibn al - Khattab stood and began the prayer with them behind him, and then recited aloud saying, "Glorious are You, O Allah and with your praise, and blessed is Your name, exalted is Your Majesty and there is no god other than You,"'" (The normal Thana)

Muhammad said, "Abu Hanifa informed us saying, 'Aban narrated to us from Abu Nadrah from Jabir ibn Abdullah al-Ansari from the Prophet (salallahu 'alahyi wa sallam) that he said, "Whoever takes a ghusl on the day of Jumu'ah has done well, but whoever does not take a ghusl and [suffices himself with wudu] it is fine."
 
67. Muhammad said, "Abu Hanifa informed us from Hammad that Ibrahim said, 'Ibn Masud looked at the sun when it set and said, "This is its decline[duluk]."
 
66. Muhammad said, "Abu Hanifa informed us from Hammad from Ibrahim that Umar ibn al-Khattab said, 'Delay Zhur until the coolness following the intense heat of Jahannam.'"

Muhammad said, "Abu Hanifa informed us saying, 'Hammad narrated to us from Ibrahim that Umm Sulaym bint Milhan came to the prophet (salallahu 'alahyi wa sallam) to ask him about a woman experiancing in dream what men experiance. The Prophet (salallahu 'alahyi wa sallam) said, "If any of you women experience what men experience, let her take a ghusl."
 
48. Muhammad said, "Abu Hanifa informed us from Hammad from Ibrahim from A'isha, the Mother of the Mu'minun, , that 'The Messenger of Allah (salalllaahu 'alaihi wa sallam) would take a ghusl with one of his wives from a single vessel both of them contending for the water at the same time.'"

Muhammad said, "Abu Hanifa informed us, 'Abu Ishaq as-Sabi'i narrated to us from al-Aswad ibn Yazid that A'isha, the Mother of the Mu'minun, said, "The Messenger of Allah (salallahu 'alahyi wa sallam) would make love to his wife at the beginning of the night and sleep without touching water. Then if he woke in the latter part of the the night he would do it again and take a ghusl."'"
 
138. Muhammad said, "Abu Hanifa infrormed us from Hammad from Ibrahim from Aisha (raa) that the Prophet (saw) used to pray while she slept by his side and he was wearing a garment one side of which lay over her."
 
134. Muhammad said, "Ibrahim ibn Yazid al-Makki informed us from 'Amr ibn Dinaar that Ali ibn Abi Talib said concerning the man who leads people in prayer while in need of a ghusl because of sexual relations, 'He must repeat the prayer and so must they.'
 
132. Muhammad said, "Abu Hanifah informed us from Hammad from Ibrahim that Ibn Mas'ud led his companions in prayer in his house without an ashan or iqamah and said, The imam's iqamah [in the mosque] suffices.'"
 
123. Muhammad said, "Abu Hanifah informed us from Hammaad from Ibrahim that 'Umar ibn al-Khattab said, "I would not like to leave off doing the witr woth three [rak'ahs] even if I were to have red camels.'"

Muhammad said, "Abu Hanifah informed us saying, Zubayd al-Yaami narrated to us from Dharr al_Hamdaani (from Sa'id ibn Abd ar-Rahmaan ibn Abza that his father said, "The Messenger of Allah (saw) used to to recite) in the witr, in the first rak'ah,'Glorfy the name of your Lord the Most High....' (Surat as-A'la), and in the second, 'Say to the ones who are kaafir....' meaning 'Say: "Kaafirun!....!' (Surat al-Kaafirun) which is thus in the recitation of ibn Mas'ud , and in the third, 'Say: He is Allah, Absolute Oneness,...' (Surat al - Ikhlaas)."
