He will be just as you suspect of Him

When pondered over, this will become one of the dearest Aayaat of the Qu’ran to you.

فَمَا ظَنُّكُمْ بِرَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
“So what is your suspect of the Lord of the worlds?” (Al-Qur’an)

The companion, Ibnu Mas’ood further elaborates:

والله الذي لا إله إلا غيره لا يحسن أحد الظن بالله إلا أعطاه الله ظنه وذلك أن الخير بيده
“I swear by Allah, besides whom there is no god! Whenever a person suspects good in Allah, Allah will *certainly* give Him just as one had suspected. That is because all goodness is in His hands.”

O Allah ..

Our suspect in You is that you will forgive us, pardon us, assist us, aid us, strengthen us, protect us, please us, provide for us, and remove our sadness, heal our illnesses, cure our hearts, eliminate our sorrow, fortify our ‘Iman, enter us into paradise and protect us from the fire.

O Allah ..

This is our suspect in You. So give us as we suspect, for all goodness is in Your hands.

But first we've to surrender our desires, wishes, ambitions to the will of Allah s.w.t.
