Asalaam Alikum,
“Look for your heart in three places: when reading and listening to the Qur’an, when seeking knowledge (of Allah) especially in gathering and while all alone in privacy . If you cannot find it in these places, then ask Allah to bless you with a heart, for indeed you have no heart.”
What does it actual mean ?

Wa-alaikumussalam, Wa-Rahmatullah,
I noted, Sister SZ Shaikh, that your statement above is a quotation... but you did not tell us its source. In any case, I like to say/observe that it is indeed a true and valid statement. It is saying in effect that in whatever we do, you/we must pay attention... put our heart into it. When we strive in worshipping Allah, Glorified and Exalted be His Name, we must be selfless.. our intention should be clear and noble and sincere... that ONLY ALLAH deserves to be Worshiped.

This is expected of us when reading/listening the Qur'an, when we pray, when we attend meetings... literally whatever we do.. we bring our heart towards Allah... that we should back off from EGOISTIC striving and instead focus on seeing, accepting things as they are, moment by moment, with Allah as witnessing what we do in all states. After all, in the Holy Qur'an, we have read it that:--

"O You who believe, remain conscious of Allah, and seek to come closer to Him,
and strive to His path, so that you might attain to happy state." (5:35)
Best Regards.
