Hello from Cape Town

I hail from cape town. I searched for a forum in which I could ask questions to respected brothers and sisters who are more knowledgeable than I. I hope to be joining in many discussions from here on.

I do have one question though: what is the difference between limited member and full member, and how does one become a full member?
