Okay, I've figured out that "(pbuh)" is "peace be upon him".

What does "(swu") mean?

"SAW" and "PBUH" represent the Arabic phrase salla Allah alaihi wa sallam, meaning "may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him." It is a standard Muslim expression of love and respect for the Prophet.

Greetings of peace

I assume you mean 'SWT' which is mentioned after Allaah?

SWT - Subhaanahu wa ta'ala - Glorious and exalted is he..- God Allmighty.

SAW/SAWS- Sallaahu 'Alaayhi wa sallam - May God's blessing be unto him..meaning the Prophet Muhammad (May the peace and blessings of Allaah be unto him)..

'PBUH' is used for every prophet also..

Hope that answers your question God willingly..

you meant "saw" or "swt"?

SAW = Salallaahu 'Alayhi Wassalam, which means "May Allah bless him and grant him peace", this follows after prophet Muhammad. Sometimes also abbreviated as SAAW or SAAS

SWT = Subbhanahu Wa Ta'ala, which means "glorified and exalted be He", this follows after Allah SWT.

I think its SWT, which is abbreviated from Subhana Wa Ta'aala.

Hmm never heard of swu..

I think you mean s.a.w(Salla 'llah 'alayhi wa sallam | May God exalt and bring peace upon him) or swt(Subhanahu wa-ta'ala | glorified and exalted be He)

Also check out wikipedia for Islamic honorifics.

Thank you all! Yes, that clarfies some things.
I appreciate your efforts to amend my ignorance.
