Hello everyone,
I'm currently very curious and want to learn more about Islam. I have been studying the 5 daily prayers a Muslim should recite .
My question however is that due to ill health I have very reduced mobility which would make the bowing and falling prostrate on the floor impossible for me to do while praying . Is there another option ?

People whose have health problems or can´t stand, can for example sitting on the chair while praying.
