Hm, doing some internet research and trying every (or lots of) monitor-related files on my computer, it seems that it only works on some computers - definitely not just laptops, I did it on a computer once.

Bro'; try: Desktop>right-click>properties>settings tab>advanced>(and apparently there should be a tab here called graphics, or graphics something)>rotate>x degrees.

Or go into device manager, select monitor and alter some advanced settings there.
