The National University of Singapore study found out that the dark soya sauce:
- improved blood flow by as much as 50 percent in the hours after consumption,;
- slow down the rate of cardiovascular and neurodegenerative diseases;
- can combat the human cell damage which could help to prevent the cancer, Parkinson disease.
Warning: In the same time, because of the high salt content, the sauce could lead to high blood pressure.

Thank you Mara.

Most soy sauces are haraam because they are made by a fermentation process. Now, I'm curious if it holds true for the Halal soy sauces. Perhaps one of the Brother's or Sisters will know.

Woodrow i didn't know its haram. I posted exactly because the study says the sauce its much better than the red wine drunk by french men. I think the olive oil has the same effect. :-[
