thanks for suggestions. he wants to go sumwhere reali hot where he can relax. his got artherites(cnt spel it lol) n he basicaly thought heat do him sum gud.wich of these countries will be BOILING in may tym??? and good for shopin, relaxin, with nice beaches etc.

You know your Dad better than anybody else on this forum knows him. I'm sure you'd know the type of places he'd like, once you know that just research into some country's, check the temperatures, would he enjoy it etc. and your done.
Even ask him "would you like to visit X."
Or if your planning to surprise him bring it up in a conversation without making him too suspicious lol.

If you want to give somebody tickets for a holiday, I suggest South Korea. That way if they upset you between the time you buy the tickets and their departure, you can just cross out the 'South' and write 'North' instead...
