Honey - do you make use of it?

Having read an article on the benefits of honey (http://beespree.com/story.php?title=...efits_of_Honey), I was wondering just how much you guys actually take of it?

The Prophet absolutely loved and recommended honey and the Quran makes numerous mentions of it.

I try to take a teaspoon every morning, and if I'm having certain types of tea or cereal I sweeten it with honey rather than sugar.

There's some really nice types. Might visit the honey factory thingy sometimes tehehe, the colours it comes in are amazing!
