How can I pray fajr

I’m a middle school student (14 years old) and I want to pray fajr but my parents won’t wake me up because “it will lessen your grades” and I can’t put an alarm because we sleep at the same room And I have insomnia so even if they let me set up an alarm or something I’m afraid I will go to bed at 12 and fall asleep at 3 am (fajr is at 4:20) and that I will oversleep
