How can i put JPG file on it, please help me?

i like to put JPG file but i don,t know how can i put as here i don,t see the way that i can download as BROWS?
please help me i want to use it.

iwant to post some Articles but they are in JPG file so i don,t know how i can put?
coz i go to click new thred so i come the box where i can past file but no any option as BROWS.
so thats why i m bit confuse.
i don,t know what i have to do?

Just go on this site insha'Allaah:

And you can upload your image there insha'Allaah. after that - you can paste the link of the updated image into your posts, and the image will show in the post insha'Allaah.
