Just something I was wondering about...
If Adam, Eve and their children were the only people on earth in the beginning, how did the rest of mankind came to be

Yes i find it extremely difficult to believe what the Bible and Koran say was the begining of mankind. That Adam and Eve were the first people on this earth, and that God made Eve from the rib of Adam.
That's right and nowadays some scientists are so full of themselves that they question whether Allah has the power to recreate life when they themselves (ity bity humans) have learnt to do so much through his will. And for the second part, Allaah Almighty has power over all things. Also, we even have knowledge of cloning, so it isn't actually that difficult for the One who created the heavens and the earth to create Hawwa [Eve] from the rib of Aadam (peace be upon them both.)
Allaah Almighty knows best.
Peace.
It's kind of simple, a man and a woman have children - and through them, they have more children.. as time progresses - the amount of children increase and they move to different places and have more kids there. That's kind of easy to believe, and this is how the world population began.
And for the second part, Allaah Almighty has power over all things. Also, we even have knowledge of cloning, so it isn't actually that difficult for the One who created the heavens and the earth to create Hawwa [Eve] from the rib of Aadam (peace be upon them both.)

None of the information written in the scripture contradicts with the scientific facts.
