How do you feel about religious jewellery? would you buy it ?

As-salamu alaykum community, I wanted to ask for your opinions on religious jewellery? how do you feel about wearing it? do you own any and if for example someone gifted you a necklace that could also be used as a tasbeeh and it didn't look like a standard religious prayer bead but had been designed for use in that way would you be offended that it looks like a standard necklace or find it inappropriate in any way or convenient?
