I asked a question about reciting Allah's (swt) 99 names XX times. After submitting the question to the forum, a message said that it will be visible after it is moderated or something like this. Its been about 48 hours now and still I can't see my question on the board. Now my question is -

1. How long does it take to take a decision whether to post it or not?

2. Does this restriction applies to limited members only?
