Can you tell about the children of the Prophet[S.A.W]?

He(pbuh) had 4 daughters and 3 sons, so 7 in total. All born to Khadijah (Radhiallahu Ta'ala Anha) except Ibrahim who was born to Mariyya Qibtiyyah (Radhiallahu Ta'ala Anhuma).

What happened to the other sons? Did they also die young?

It says on Islamqa that all of his children died during his lifetime, apart from Faatimah who died after him . In the link that brother Perseveranze gave, it says all his sons died in infancy. I also checked the book Ar-Raheeq al-Makhtum and it says pretty much the same thing.

His attitude towards children was always compassionate and merciful. He played with them and showed his adherents how they would behave with children.
Though the great responsibly he had towards his nation, his responsibility towards cementing the foundation of the Islamic state and the enemies beleaguering the new religion, he never neglected his role towards the children who will be the blocks of the social structure of the Islamic country, the following hadith stresses this concept towards children
