Does anybody know how to ask questions on islamqa.com?

I've been on the website at the times specified on the site, but I can't seem to find anywhere or any page to submit questions.

Has anyone asked questions there before, if so, how? Or does anyone know how to?

if you cant get a question through, then maybe they have reached their limits of receiving questions for that day?

try asking your local imam?

They do sometimes limit the day and times you can submit a question to do large influx of questions. I just checked now and it seems you can send a question now:
