When you JUST about to post a thread scroll down and tick the box that says
POST A POLL

Look at this screeen shot I just took

If you alredy created the thread you can add it by going 2 ur first post and click

Thread tools and ADD Poll

lol...i just figured out that too...thanks to..um...i forgot..its some thread here...but yeah u gotta mark the 'include poll' thingy and then click the submit thread at the verrry bottom not the first one...

its probably me...but it didnt make much sense.

lol sorry... okey go to create new thread and make a message you want to come wit the poll then mark the 'include poll' button on the bottom option of the thread before submitting it then after u do that click 'submit new thread' but not the first one...the last one on the verrry bottom of the page then u can choose the options of the poll after that (u'll see)
