so theres some difference of opinion in buying and selling cats. I personally want to be on the safe side and not do this. however its been very hard to actually find a free cat. some people said you can get one as a gift but i dont think its likley. also stray cats can be one but the process is very difficult (i think). please tell me ANY way to actually get a free cat bc ive always wanted a cat
