Since quite long, i feel serious backache. I can't even sleep well at night. And when i'm standing doing a work, i can't stand still, i get tired and severe pain due to the backache. Your advices will be highly considered. Insha Allah (Ameen).

Are you able to pray properly? I believe that the best solution to your backache is by praying salaah. By the blessings which Allah bestows on the believer who prays, inshaaAllah your backache will go away, as in praying there are movements of the body, so may be by praying it will all get well for you inshaaAllah.
Praise be to Allah Who has offered the believers to perform salaah five times a day, which is a means of success for the believer, both, in this world and in the hereafter, inshaaAllah.
