I use a treadmill to run sometimes i use the incline so am walking uphill, other times i run uphill and lastly i run with no incline. The more your practice the better you get that's with everything but it's definitely an amazing feeling when you accomplish your goals and see bodily improvements as well as being able to run for long duration.
I really hate running but what helped me a huge amount when i wanted to get better at it was making sure i was breathing properly, because if you do that properly you'll last a lot longer. Anyway good luck and hope you achieve your goal.
Unfortunately I haven't been able to reach my goals, alhamdulillah however I managed to shave off 12 Seconds of my 400m runnin pace by using this method(and maintain bein healthy) down here though I still have difficulty in breathing.
