I am fearing about my iman. Confusing questions create doubts

Asalamu alaikum

I hope you can help me brothers and sisters. I am very afraid and desperate at the moment and i have anxiety because i keep getting questions where i dont find an answer which makes sense or is hard to comprehend and creates doubt in my faith.

it all started that i thought why Allah created us to worship him. Why he wants our recognition and praise? He decided i have to exist then why i must thank for that? if non existance would be fine as i wouldnt know anything. For example Allah puts us in trial and suffering so we ask him for help because we dont see any way out but he only gave me the trial so to ask him. then i get thoughts astaghfirullah that why should i ask him if he only did this so i ask him and beg him? When i pray i get feelings as if Allah uses his power to threaten us that if we dont believe in him he will punish us. Why is it so evil for Allah if a person didnt believe in him? Maybe sometimes people cant understand and imagine all this..as it happens with me when i start imagining that Allah created us and want to test us to finally put some in paradise and some in hell and everything is over and accomplished. What is the purpose of it at the end? sometimes its hard to grasp all this.

Why many people didnt accept the message the Prophets brought them at the time of the Prophets? Where Allah destroyed many people because they didnt believe the Messengers. what was it that these people can only deserve eternal punishment? I mean who would want to go to hell ?

And i get thoughts that we praise Allah but we only see him as great and astonishing because it is something we dont see in us so Allah only gave me this ability to see him as great why Allah would be pleased with the praise? If it only comes of the way he created us to see it as astonishing cause we cant comprehend it comparing to what we know and are able to perceive.
And Allah as the most powerful why he want humans to exist and test them. What difference does it make for Allah if there are humans who believe and follow islam. Allah doesnt need anything.

We don't know the purpose to why Allah decided to create, but we know that our purpose is to worship him. Allah does whatever he wills and we don't have to question why. Why did he create us? Why did he make he heavens and the earth? It's simple, because he willed it. This test is for us. For us to use our choices and not be lead astray, Allah already knows your fate but that's because he knows our future choices. We can't even comprehend god so why question what he wills to do. That is non of our concern if he wanted to create mankind it is our job to live for our purpose and that is to worship him. Allah created us to worship him and you ask why he wants our worship? It wouldn't hurt Allah in the least If we didn't, it's for our fate in he here after. You can't even comprehend what life would be if you didn't exist. Thus everything you enjoy should already be thanked for in the form o gratitude in worship. Allah doesn't threaten us, his mercy is double his wrath. He forgives as long as your alive. Allah doesn't threaten us with hell rather he warns us of hell. Allah wants you to go to jannah that's another reason why he tells you to worship him. The purpose in the end is to get to jannah. It's easy to grasp. We were created for a purpose, to worship the one true god and strive to get to jannah. Allah gave us our very existence. If he wanted he could of made no jannah at all and punished all of us weather we worshiped or not for eternity. We wouldn't be able to do a thing about it. He has all power. He is in control. He says be and it is! We have an option. Jannah. Allah gives you chances to get there. If Allah punishes whomever he wills, we have no power over that. Just like Allah created us for a purpose, he's created hell for a purpose. To punish those who disobey. Allah is the all seeing. The most just. If Allah wants to punish the disbelievers then he does what he wills. He knows who deserves eternal punishment to the best of his judgment. If there was a student let's say at school, fun cool and popular. But she doesn't try hard in school she has what's coming for her. The teacher gives her all she needs to pass, warns her that she can fail. Tells her what to do to pass and what to avoid yet she chooses the path to failure because she ignored what the teacher said then she deserves it. If you get a warning and guidance, if someone tells you not to enter a certain room because there's hazardous waste in there. You have an explanation of what kind of things you'd be at risk at if you went in but either way you went in. You went in knowing the consequences. That is exactly what's happening for us. And don't just look at a Christian and say oh there going to hell. We don't know who's received the message and who's not. The people who hadn't received the message in this world will get another chance on the day of judgment but since you have worry about yourself. You came into this world alone. And you'll leave alone. Imagine as if your writing a chapter book by your own experiences, this is your story, focus on yourself before anyone (not being in a selfish way) but in your hereafter. We have trouble understanding how the universe works. It's all in some very complicated study of quantum physics and complex sciences. Only a handful of people which we call geniuses can unlock all this knowledge. And that's just of the creation of almighty Allah! We humans have a limit to understanding so don't try to cross a limit that you cannot otherwise you'll create useless doubts and open doors for the shaitans whispers. We can't understand everything or unlock the secrets of the universe, we can't judge god in that matters either or understand completely everything. That's the point. We need to learn what's beneficial for us in our hereafter and that's what we should try to understand. I advise you to seek knowledge from an imam or a well knowledgable person in Islam. Always seek knowledge. And make dua for knowledge that's useful in your purpose in life not useless knowledge that won't benefit you.

Just don't worry about it and don't think about it too much. Make dua to be guided and focus on strengthening your faith. Whatever is out there, allah knows best but we better focus on that which concerns us most. Sometimes we're so far fetched into our own minds , we forget simplicity and over complicate things. The answers may be right in front of you, you never know. Inshallah this has helped and that you clear your doubts. [emoji4]

I don't know if this has an Islamic equivalent, but in Christianity, the answer to the reason "why did God create us"? Is that God loves us

Remember that God/Allah can do anything, and one of those things is to create a creature outside Himself with free-will and a soul. That creature can then decide to love God, or love other things. He can live by God's commandments, according to the teleological plan that has been set forth, or he can go astray.

Another reason why God embarked on creation is to know Himself--before creation, God was everything and anything, and nothing existed outside Him. After creation, there is the temporal/material world, and God understands Himself in a new light based on His reflection in that world.

So there are two things here love and logos (knowledge).

Confusing questions always create doubts.

The real problem is that I have noticed whenever we have confusing questions, we almost hardly ever refer to the Quran for answers. Instead we ponder on it ourselves. We, who know very little trying to fathom answers only Allah knows.

The other incidental problem (also real) is our own willingness or rather, our unwillingness to accept the answer once it is given for whatever reasons.

For some, they find things to confuse themselves with and for others they just obey blindly. There is the middle road. Things which confuses, are not meant to be understood for now, there will come a time when it will unravel itself. Not all knowledge is given. Likewise for success; hardwork and persistence does not guarantee it.

What is guaranteed is that we all will face an uphill climb, a life of tests, in bad and in good. Whether we like it or not, accept the test or do not accept the test, we are already undergoing it. We can scream and shout, or ... or ... well you get the picture. What we have is a great gift. An entirely phenomenal package that is in the form of human beings.

From reason alone we can establish that there is a Creator of everything in this universe, multiverse, or not in the universe, multiverse or whatever.. and from there to recognise the Creator and pay salutations to Him in remembrance of Him and for all His blessings to us.

To do that really is to also by default, to humble ourselves to Him. When we humble ourselves, we remove any traces of arrogance in ourselves that we can survive on our own accord, that we determine our own destiny! We do not! We get (on earth) what Allah gives with His mercy, but how we receive it is what we are judged on after we have left this world.

And if we really looked deep inside, I believe that the spirit of the community, as defined by the islamic 'principle' would be the kind of community we would love to live in. But it is not easy to establish one. Because we, (by training of the evil forces) will always question a good thing.

But you are right though, Allah does threaten! Allah also reminds, Allah warns, Allah also guides, forgives, and a host of other things. What He won't do for you or me is to make the choice. All choices are ours. The decision is made using our mind, weighing reasons and desires.

So, the confusing questions really are the works of Satan who whispers seeds of doubts to get you to be 'haughty' like him. He ranked himself superior and through arrogance questioned Allah's infinite wisdom.

You see? Satan was in the presence of Allah, communicating with Allah and yet was arrogant. The muslim population at large has never had that experience and yet believe in Allah as much as Satan himself. How is that possible? So, Satan still has his work cut out and his work is to plant seeds of doubts.

Shaytaan tries to make good look evil and evil good in our eyes. Wallahi, the more you read Qur'aan with good intentions, you won't even have such doubts.

Try to memorise. 2-3 ayahs a day from a surah you choose till you have finished that surah. Or however many ayahs you can memorsie.

And Allah :swt: knows best.

Having a question, there is nothing wrong with it. The issue with you and i see this VERY VERY often with Muslims..being reverts but majority being born Muslims, they have questions and LOVE to think of new questions, but somehow refuse to ponder about the answer.

All the questions you have, i have my answers to all of them. Not just answers but firm answers, with the exception of 1, however even to that one i have some answer to it.

Which one am i talking about?

This reminds me of the people of the cave. When some people are guessing to how many of the of those young guys were and the other being their dog. This rather teaches us, ask questions so the answer might benefit you. Let's say we know the answer to this question, what then? Will you suddenly be able to lift 200 kg? Will you suddenly in a instant become the highest of the believers? What is the benefit in it? I see no benefit even when knowing the answer to it. Like somebody telling me i ate bread with cheese in the morning..my reply "OK"..=_=!.

The other questions, sister..ponder more often, Allah will give you the answers in'sha'Allah. However if you ONLY think about new questions, but refuse to ponder what wisdom Allah has behind it, you will off course never get the answer to it. We Muslims have become very shallow minded. We have 1000 questions and we LOVE to think of new questions, but when it comes to pondering about the answers suddenly we are too busy.

There are two types of questions.

Type 1: I will have some kind of benefit from knowing the answer to this question.
Type 2: I will have no benefit of even knowing the answer to this question.

Then you have the way we think of questions.

Type 1: I know the answer and whatever Islam says being contradictory to my answer is false (teacher mode)
Type 2: I do not know the answer but i am wondering what Allah means by this. (student mode)

ALWAYS be the student, because being the student, you adapt to the humble attitude. The last thing my advice to you is and this one is CRUCIAL!!..CLEAN YOUR HEART!! Arrogance, pride, stubbornness, envy, greed, ..those are if you ask me the cause of much of it that prevents you to have a more stronger connection with Allah.

i can give you the answers to the questions you have, but i am afraid that even if i would give you the answers, understanding does not come from me, but from Allah. The thing that prevents you from understanding are exactly those things i talked about in your heart.

Also lets say i give you the answers, i have the mentality to not want to spoon-feed people, rather i want people to be only dependent on Allah. If i would help you answer these questions, you will tomorrow have even 10000 more questions. So rather ask Allah those questions yourself. There is no need to be a scholar of Islam to understand these answers.

"Indeed, [O Muhammad], you do not guide whom you like, but Allah guides whom He wills. And He is most knowing of the [rightly] guided." Qur'an 28:56

Guidance isn't just ooh i follow the path of Islam, but knowing and understanding what you are following, including the questions you have. So rather make your connection with Allah more firm by cleaning your heart and submit more.

everything you mentioned is what we call waswas, whisprings of satan and the way to deal with them is just to ignore them as we dont know the answers do we???, or we can look them up in the Quran!
