I feel like i committed shirk.

Assalamu Alaykum brothers and sisters,

I was watching a movie and a happy part came and all the sudden, I kept whispering, "Jesus.....Jesus..." I felt like I WAS SAYING IT ON PURPOSE. I still feel like I said it on purpose. I feel like I committed shirk. I know Jesus is not God and I know that 100%. But I feel like I did it on purpose, not unintentionally.

Please help me!
 
Assalamualaikum.

I am not competent to say that was shirk or not shirk. But, I understand if you have a guilty feeling.

However, sink in the hole of guilty feeling is not good because it will makes you trapped in it and you cannot go anywhere. It's better if you make promise you will not repeat the same mistake, and start again your life as better Muslim with increase your ibadah.
