I have a question about starting in the middle of the Surah during Salah.

As-salam-alakum.

I always wanted to ask this so I hope it is OK, Inshallah.

My question is, if we start in the middle of a long Surah during prayer like Surah Imran or any long Surah do we say "Bismillah ar-rahman-ar-raheem or do we just start with out saying it?

I hope someone can help me here, inshallah.
