I look into the sky and wonder what I had and it never became mine,
Tears rolls when I look at others and feel the most precious gift vanished from my life.
I wish u were here next to me and giving me comfort and guidance. While holding your hand my worries fade away and my tension disappears.
I remember calling you ‘amma’ and my mum ‘sister’. Now ur memories keep me alive, ur thoughts and sayings assures me. But wot can I do ‘eyes never dry’!

I travel and search for ur presence, and I find ur reflection and appearance in me. As most ppl around me express I appear to be like you. Your character was unique and u were patient my nani. You’ve never questioned what u had and accepted what was given to you. I pray to be like you.
Above all, my nani you had faith in Allah(swt). Your emaan was stronger and u never lost hope.
Sometimes I wonder how did u cope ur struggle in everyday life. Nowadays we easily break down and fall into pieces. I ask thee to be like you.
