It doesnt seem like any famous recitor, you can visit the following page which has many recitors and you can chose your own InshaAllah.

If you prefer slow recitors, which you can learn from..

I recommend the following InshaAllah..

If you are referring to the recitor who reads the whole verse, then I think his name is Ali Al-Huthayfee. You can find his recordings on the following sites: (the second one seems to be temporarily down)
