If aethists are tolerated under a Shariah state, why aren't Yazidis tolerated?

it saddens me that some Muslims take such a literalist interpretation of the Quran and try to impose it in such harsh implementations. Firstly let me raise some theological POV

If only Islam, Christian & Judaism are the only true religions then what happens to the rest of mankind such as the Native Americans, Mongolians, Japanese, Scandinavians, South African and Austral-asians who would never receive any of these religions?

Does Allah condemn these people to hell? If you think it is the case then why would Allah create a soul which is guaranteed to fail the test of life and condemn it to eternity in hell?

Given that between Isa and Musa there were generations of prophets, where father & son both were messenger of Allah and Allah guided humanity so close it's not impossible to assume that most religions, zorostorinans, Yazidi, Buddhism, Hinduism originated from an original message from Allah.

I remember a while ago reading how Muslims were hailing a native American people as following an authenthic relgion from Allah because in their tradition they had very similar words to Islam. They had a messiah called Mekka-Nabi (prophet of Mecca), they also had very similar words to Islam like Salah for worship etc.

Is it a misinterpretation of the Quran that groups like ISIS just kill anyone who doesn't following the three main religions?

The way Muslims are being re-caste and remolded by global events and experiences.......

it's often life's cruel experiences that catalyse the most significant events in history, we also saw how ten years of peaceful preaching in Makkah while being abused helped change the personalities who were to bring mankind out of that dark era of infidelity and evil that enveloped the people.

Muslims are instructed to do their best to help the guidance of Allah thrive in society, to be kind to all creatures even if they worship animals and stuff (break the idol not the patient).
But we are told that events will shape the future in such a way, and kufr (rejection of truth/fidelity) and rebellion towards God will expose its evil so plainly and clash with Islam so hard. that no deviant way of life which is in violation to the shariah laws revealed to the last Messenger pbuh will be accepted and even the jizya (tax for those who there's still hope for) will be abolished and way of life will ONLY be for God.
The bible also foretells this.....

So as we can see, the directions regarding the position of anyone who deviates from the laws of God is that they are on the wrong side of the law.
The best practise is to guide ourselves and others to the truth and be extra nice to those whom there's hope for.

When the Prophet pbuh was leaving his people behind him, he woried for their purity and he abolished all deviants from the peninsula.

So yup, there's a time to be nice to atheists and yazidis - loads of outreach programmes etc, and there's a time to set up a state where you can practice the faith in peace. When you fear for your own salvation and that of the future generation's, you separate yourselves.

I don't see any havens in the uk or us or france where people are allowed to follow an alternative law.
The fbi and swat teams would probably do more than besieging compulisve law violators on a mountain, we'd see the media go into overdrive about crazies with dark rituals who practise terrorism by opposing the mighty president's laws.

The Islamic state needs a helpful Muslim population and it can't be fair to ask them to run parallel governorates with tree worship and flamingo worship in submission to the mushroom.

And how come the uk doesnt have zones where people are able to practise the laws of their own faith and not have to submit to the authority of another person or object in rebellion to the laws of God?

The mere mention of halal food, islamic marroage, and hijabs provokes accusations of "creeping shariah" and "ghettos" and lack of will to "assimilalte".

Also astonishing is how the UN divided and gave away someone elses land for a" jewish state" so people had to get up and just move leaving behind home farms and businesses - some were killed for not leaving - yet expects the muslims to have an "all inclusive " wishy washy non-state.

Has it even recognised the islamic state passport?

I recall that the justifications for all the crimes committed against anyone in the middle east were "they refuse to recognise israel" while the western media parroted it daily.
It's time to recognize the islamic state and stop harrasing them for doing their best to create a place where Muslims can live in peace.
