If I seek the aid of fortune telling, but repent, is my prayer still invalid

To sin while thinking that you will repent soon after is itself a big sin. Nobody knows whether they will really be able to repent or not, and whether their repentance will be acceptable or not.

no i meant if i went into the sin already thinking it was acceptable, and THEN repented.
