I'm a sugar and caffeine addict, I rely on this stuff a lot, I go through cycles of bein addicted to it and then weaning off it.
Ususally when work pressure sets in I have to et the red bull out to keep going.
From past experience I've learnt that when you're high on caffeiene and sugar addiction prior to ramadhan, it can hit you hard on ramadhan when you have hunger, thirst and withdrawal symptoms rolled into one. So do this, ideally 2 weeks before although 5 days before should be fine. get off sugars, get off energy drinks, get off caffeine. that way Ramadhan doesn't hit you too hard at the beginning.
