Ok I dont even know the answer to this but somebody sent it to me and wonder if the L.I'ers can do any better then me. Here it goes:

I couldn't come up with an answer and tried to cheat (i.e> Google)..
Anyway only one hit and even that was with a change of words in the riddle, where it says 11 neighbours instead of 9. BUT the thing is, the answer doesn't seem to make sense..
It says the answer is seven..
I don't get how..
(Please don't yell at me for trying to cheat...:-[)
