Welcome...I dont know if anyone has answered this question yet...but yes...it is a sin...anything that harms your body is a sin. if you want me to tell you how exactly smoking harms your body, ima warn you, it'll turn out to be a freaking science lesson...so yeah...all in a nutshell (or whatever it is that people say) it harms your body...so avoid it.
