Insha-Allah, I plan to go al-Haramayn in July/August so will be posting my experiences of the 3-week trip soon after.

Just so I'm not off-topic, I love ash-Shaykh ash-Shuraym for the sake of Allah (Insha-Allah).

And btw it does look likely that sudais would take the jumuha init, although you can never be sure...

I was wondering, how often does Budayr lead maghrib/Jumuah salah? And has anyone recorded anything recent of his?

That was what I was thinking. Maybe if Sheikh Sudais gave the khutbah he might mention it? Mind you, because Saudi's do go crazy over the world cup.
