iPod touch video?

What format are videos supposed to be to upload to the ipod touch?

mp4. H264/MPEG-4 its what i use,

get a converter the best one is allok and then u can convert almost any media and then copy it to ipod

Yeah, after it's done syncing, it says the video could not be downloaded.
