Is divorce a sin?

People say divorce is not a sin however many people take advantage of this.

Some women reverts marry muslim men and the muslim men after being with them one or two years divorce them because they get bored.
Is that still consider right?

I thought divorce can be considered oppression if for an invalid and petty reason?
