No jannah is under your mother's feet. However, when a woman marries a man her duties towards her parents become very light. The prophet :saws1: said that if a woman dies while her husband is pleased with her she will enter jannah. The Prophet :saws1: also said that the majority of inhabitants of hellfire are women because of the ingratitude towards their husbands.

Only the mother is given the lofty status of jannah being under her feet.

It is better for the woman to listen to her husband as long as the husband isn't asking his wife to sin. The woman should politely and respectfully decline her parents as priority is given to the husband over others.

Imam Ahmad (rahimullah) said concerning a woman who has a husband and a sick mother that "Obeying her husband is more obligatory upon her than (taking care of) her mother, unless he gives her permission." (Sharh Muntaha al-Iraadaat, 3/47).
