I have a problem. I have BPD and possibly histrionic traits, and when I get relationship triggers with my mother such as intense arguments or abandonment issues, I feel depersonalization or derealization and sometimes have been known to overdose on sleeping pills in order to get attention. I took it last night, and now I feel drowsy and sleepy and my speech is slow and I have not so clear thinking at times because I feel numb. Does this count as a khamr and thus my prayer is invalid for 40 days?
