Like I know islam allows this up to four wives and as a SINGLE MUSLIMAH I am willing to be open to this but it would cause me distress and stuff and it would be weird if me And my kids won’t get to see my future husband as much.

Does wife have right to divorce if husband get second wife?

No she won't have a right to divorce - you have already answered that yourself by stating that Islam allows it.
 
if you include in a marriage contract between you and your husband that he cannot get a second wife only then you'd have the right to divorce ...

sister, if you're that troubled by it, just marry a man who would agree to not getting a second wife and have it in the official marriage contract too
