Is snapchat filters haram?

Is it haram to use the filter with dark background and sunglasses theme or that is haram. I was wondering is snapchat filters haram or not.

Why would it? how does one filter differ from another? All things are halal in Islam unless mentioned previously as haram or as deemed from new rulings.

shouldn't a more pertinent question be, is posting pictures on snapchat or any online media for non-mahrams to look at haram?
