Is there such thing as an Islamic Song?

I usually listen to songs by Yusuf Islam and Zain Bhikha. These songs have drums and beat sometimes. Is it haram to listen to these songs?..A song is a song even without instruments?..right?

To be absolutely certain of not listening to anything haram select Nasheeds with no instrument accompaniment. You can even find some on youtube in the search box enter Nasheed no instrument. My hearing is very poor and there are very few I can actually hear but out of the few I can hear my favorite is:
