I have a question and would really appreciate sincere advice.
There is a group where members pay around $30/month. The owner buys “pro” subscriptions to certain online tools (for example AI tools or other software), and then shares access with the members.
From what I understand, these companies usually don’t allow account sharing, and they sometimes ban accounts when they detect it.
I was thinking about working with them as a support chat agent — basically answering members’ questions and helping inside the group on discord. I would not be the owner, just helping with support. if people have questions or need help.
My question is: is working as a support agent for this business halal or haram?
