If someone did a good deed out of obligation and were frustrated that they had to do it. Does that fall into the category of kufr which is when you detest one of Allah’s rules I think?

If someone works well,and a good deed then how can he enter in category of kufar?

No that doesn't fall into kufr however feelings such as that will be harmful to iman. So next time shun these feelings from satan and be grateful that Allah gave you ability to offer that prayer

And just to be on the safe side, repent for those bad feelings and resolve to never fall prey to them again
