Please refer to forum rules regarding attacks on Muslim scholars and sectarian issues. The article you cited is guilty of MAJOR misquotations often quoting a single phrase from a sentence and words out of context.
 
Brother, I don't think this article needs any refutation. I am aware of Zakir Naik's style of dawah.

I think the article's is not an honest view of him, or rather seem's the person, if indeed is authentic, has mis-interpreted.

I found the article rather confusing to be honest.
